[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] skip dependency computation

The unwashed masses keep demanding it, so let's give it to them.  With
this patch, whoever feels like playing the dependencies cowboy can do it
by prefixing the make command with 'SKIP_DEPS=yes'.

This will not be documented anywhere, nor should anybody tout it in blog
posts.  It will remain discouraged, but whoever knows the magic
incantation

Also, this will secure me years of indentured service from the evil
overlord in return for saving him from further embarassment in the
future ;-p
