OK, but I want to fix at least some minor problem before.

No, it is *written* "FFmpeg", but is called FF-mpeg, or maybe even
better FFM-peg:
echo "FF-mpeg or FFmpeg, that is the question" | festival --tts

(I try to use the written English just as a speech
synthesizer-friendly encoding ;-)...)
