[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] mpeg pan&scan, try #2

Hello,

Pan&scan offset info should be reset on every new sequence header and 
the view area should probably be reset, at least, on sequence end and on 
resolution or aspect change. Currently, old pan&scan info persists until 
new info overwrites it, which is clearly wrong.
