[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] mpeg pan&scan

Hello,

Pan&scan offset info should be reset on every new sequence header and 
the view area should probably be reset, at least, on sequence end. 
Currently, old pan&scan info persists until new info overwrites it, 
which is clearly wrong.
