Yes, that is indeed my misinterpretation of this draft. All the
examples use for multicast RTP/AVP and for unicast RTP/AVP/UDP (This
is more logic because multicast can't be send over TCP). But the text
don't forbid to use RTP/AVP/UDP for multicast
