You'll have much better luck if you follow the bug reporting guidelines, here:

Since you don't actually provide any information (command line used,
error messages given, etc) at all, we're left to guessing.  My guess
would be: "Upgrade to latest SVN".  Followed by "build with
--enable-mp3lame".
