[Ffmpeg-devel] [BUG] VC-1 Main Profile distortions

i dunno whether its already wanted to report vc-1 decoding bugs, but i cant
keep this one back (having followed the development recently):

download this sample (main profile) and watch the letters while playing, its
pretty easy to see whats wrong:

another thingie:
i have some m$' wmv9 encoded samples that are main and simple profile for
that ffmpeg reports the reserved RES_RTM_FLAG to be set to 0. it seems the
vc-1 specs require this to be always set to 1. does this mean that wmv9
simple/main profile can also produce non-vc-1 compliant streams? or is this
a glitch in ffmpeg?
