as far as I know T-DMB != DVB-H H264
infact Maurice asked about "T-DMB spec, including MPEG4-SL".
Dmb is another implementation of 13818-2 made by Samsung (not relying
on a IP stack);
it's used mainly in south Korea.

can you elaborate, please? do you mean that ip packets are parsed in
user-space or what else?
