Er, to clarify, ? IS part of the alphabet, for the sole purpose of maintaining
compatibility with Swedish names and sorting them properly. C, Q, W, X
and Z also do not appear in finnish (well maybe in a math class), but are
there for international compatibility. Might sometimes appear in loan words,
but usually they'd been replaced by finnish sounds and letters, C -> K/S,
X -> KS and so on...
