[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavf: move AVStream.{nb_decoded_frames,mux_ts_offset} to AVStreamInternal

lavf: move AVStream.{nb_decoded_frames,mux_ts_offset} to AVStreamInternal

Those are private fields, no reason to have them exposed in a public
header.
