[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavf: move AVStream.{pts_wrap_*,update_initial_durations_done} to AVStreamInternal

lavf: move AVStream.{pts_wrap_*,update_initial_durations_done} to AVStreamInternal
Those are private fields, no reason to have them exposed in a public
header.
