I kindly request that someone writes an understandable explanation about this
whole mess.
Because to me it is completely incomprehensible who intended to do what with
what repository etc.
Two repositories can't work with a single commit mailing list.
At this point I am left very severely scratching my head, with a feeling
like the one caused by an old and confused person suddenly starting rambling
at you and in the middle of a sentence suddenly walking away without you
being able to make any sense of anything that was said (I realize this sounds
rather mean, I actually don't mean it like that, it just perfectly describes
how I feel).
