[DVDnav-discuss] [ANNOUNCE] libdvdread/libdvdnav 4.2.0.plus release

For those developers out there that require my additional patches to read 
UDF2.50, or Bluray ISOs, I have merged them into the official libdvdread-4.2.0 
and packaged up separately.

For lack of a better name, I have simply called it libdvdread-4.2.0.plus.tar.bz2

* Patch 1: Handle AD chains correctly, skip gaps, and give full end blocks:
