I'm getting a different error with your ISO:

libdvdread: Invalid IFO for title 16 (VTS_16_0.IFO).
libdvdnav: ifoOpenVTSI failed
mplayer: /home/rathann/build/BUILD/libdvdnav-4.2.0/src/vm/vm.c:1544: process_command: Assertion `0' failed.

This is probably because the ISO is incomplete. Would it be possible
to upload a complete file?
