[DVDnav-discuss] Windows devstudio build

I went to build libdvdread for Windows, I discovered that it no longer contains 
the project files for dvdread. Amusingly, it does contain libdvdnav. Of course 
they are really ancient, so I guess that means nobody builds it in dev-studio 
directly.

I just created a new MSVC++ 2010 Project for libdvdread to build with, doubt it 
is worth adding back in though.
