[DVDnav-discuss] Truncate country list in ptl_mait

Hello,

The patch I submitted on October contained a part to truncate the list of countries in the parental 
management information table at the first invalid pointer.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember what the two DVDs producing that error are. So I cannot confirm that 
it is indeed the proper action to do.

Therefore, I'll leave that patch out until I can put my hands on those DVDs again.
