[DVDnav-discuss] [PATCH] report failing index when reading ptl_mait

Hello,

It could be useful to know at what index the reading of the parental management information failed 
when debugging it as I encountered two DVDs where only the first indexes were valid and subsequent 
ones were apparently bogus. This is the purpose of this patch.

Unfortunately, I don't remember what those two DVDs were. So unless I can locate them again, I 
cannot double check this.
