When I wrote my master thesis I just splitted it by sections
and made second-level includes for large tables only.
BTW, any guides on packages that can be/advised to use?

Unlike many formats, random like breaks does not matter anything
to TeX too.

Thank you very much, now it's clear how to add and format everything.
