[BoW] Example codec

[Novice Programmer]

Hello,

As this thread got alive after some time.. I thought that let me write my
problem now.. :).. I need the pdf/ps version of the book if some one has
compiled it as with latex i am not able to compile it, only the index gets
compiled and nothing else.. :(
