<div dir="ltr">Hello,<br><br>As this thread got alive after some time.. I thought that let me write my problem now.. :).. I need the pdf/ps version of the book if some one has compiled it as with latex i am not able to compile it, only the index gets compiled and nothing else.. :(<br>

I think that's a very good idea. Don't worry about a specification,<br>
we can always claim that it's a fictional codec based on RTjpeg.<br>

As for placement, i'd say that the end of Part I would be<br>
the appropriate place, but we can change that later easily.<br>
