[rtmpdump] Building librtmp

I am trying to patch rtmp.c however none of the changes actually make it
into the binary rtmpdump.

I can make changes to rtmp.c which break the compiler however, changing the
strings in the logging never displays the changes when running rtmpdump.

For example, a string replace of "received ctrl" with "pink donuts"
continues to print "received ctrl" when I run rtmpdump after a make clean.

There is no install of librtmp on the system.
