[rtmpdump] Request to issue a Versioned Update to librtmp

I just received an update from a member of the XBMC team:

" ... now do a pull from their official git to make our own tarball.

See https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master/tools/darwin/depends/librtmp/Makefile

Darwin platform has been migrated to this, the others will follow."

So this is no longer an issue.  Sorry for the bother and thank you for
looking into this.
