[rtmpdump] Request to issue a Versioned Update to librtmp

Just saw Steven's response on the thread archive (if I am not cc'd then I
won't see the response).

I think a 2.4.1 tag would be sufficient for the XBMC team, I have emailed a
developer to confirm.  I'll let you know what I hear back on this.  Thanks
for your continued support on this.
