[rtmpdump] badminton - download stalled

You probably want to be using --live.

For the prerecorded stuff, you can just use:
rtmpdump -r "rtmp://lvs.wowza.jay.net/badmintoneuropeOD/flv:7987468.flv"
-o blah.flv

Note that these are flv files, not asf. And you should use -W instead of -s.
