[rtmpdump] Seg Fault on 64 bit

Thank you kindly for your reply.  And thank you for your diligence on
github. 

My worst fear is realized: I have, indeed, made a trivial mistake which
was realized upon further investigation.  I apologize for wasting your
time and wasting bandwidth on the list.  Please disregard my last
message; it will not happen again.  Thank you all for your continued
work on this project. 

git.ffmpeg.org hosts the 2.4 version, but I have also tried the
