depends what os you are using.

for linux/bsd, read the README in rtmp source dir.

for windows, you might have to use rtmpexplorer frontend because it has
the port capture dll.

no clue.

btw arent there easier (and non re-encoded) ways to get vostfr rips?
like usenet or torrents?
