[rtmpdump] Using RTMP_Write() with absolute timestamps

Is it possible to use RTMP_Write() with absolute timestamps?

I'm working on a program that streams a series of files on a schedule and
fills in the gaps between them with a piece of filler audio. But it looks
like every time a new file is sent through RTMP_Write() that the timestamps
are getting reset and the media server is going crazy and complaining about
timestamps jumping back in time and other issues regarding sequencing of
the stream packets.
