[rtmpdump] NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound

rtmpdump wasn't able to figure out the app/playpath on its own, so you need
to tell it what they are:

rtmpdump -r rtmp://fms.wfmu.org/vod/mp4:HC/hc120105 -a vod -y
mp4:HC/hc120105 -W http://wfmu.org/flash/archive/player.swf -o
whatever\hc120105.mp4
