[rtmpdump] The Justin.tv problem

The UsherToken is a JSON string that can be found in this XML :
http://usher.justin.tv/find/<channel_name>.xml?type=any&p=<any_int_value_?>&group=&channel_subscription=

The raw string is just feed to NetStream.Authenticate.UsherToken.
