[rtmpdump] Download may be incomplete (downloaded about 1.90%), try resuming

I have tried downloading this youtube video several times with the same (nearly) incomplete error. I can play this from a web browser (see highligted url below). I tried changing the resolution - made no difference. Seems to always die around the 1.8% mark.

Any ideas?
