The idea of publishing patch - is to make 3 connections to server:
1. Connect with proper user-agent, and wait for error reply (authentucation
needed).
2. Connect to server wuth proper publisher's username, and save challenge
from server's reply (the server sends error again, but with salt for
password).
3. Client connects to server with username, challenge and salted password's
hash, anf if it's correct, server sent OK reply, In this 3rd connection we
able to continue with publishing.
