[rtmpdump] patch: more packet type defines

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to track down an rtmpdump bug, so I've made a subversion
checkout, and I'm reading code.

The web page (http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/) doesn't mention a patch
submission method or address, so I'm posting it here:
The attached patch adds more #defines for packet types, and uses them
uniformly across the sources.

Is there an open source RTMP server anywhere? I was thinking it would
be useful to write some automated testing of the changes I make. Also,
it could be used to convince myself I haven't accidentally introduced
regressions. (A dummy server with no actual video would be sufficient.)
