[rtmpdump] Error NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound

I am using RTMPdump v2.3
I am trying to download this stream:
rtmp://flashsvr2.amps.ms.mit.edu/7.012/2010/MIT-7.012-lec-mit-10250-2010sep08-1100.flv
from this page:
http://amps-web.amps.ms.mit.edu/public/courses/7/7.012/2011f/L01/7.012-2010sep08-flv-600k.html

I am using these arguments:
rtmpdump -V -r rtmp://
flashsvr2.amps.ms.mit.edu/3.091/2010/MIT-3.091-lec-mit-10250-2010sep20-1100.flv
-o
test.flv

but I get error "NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound"

It looks like rtmpdump parses the URL correctly, but I am not sure about app
or tcUrl. I have tried a few different combinations with no success.
