[rtmpdump] Request - settable Windows application title

It would be useful for the Windows version to have a parameter that allows
the application title to be set by the calling program. I have been trying
with SendMessage(hWnd, WM_SETTEXT, "some text") but without success. 

Is this the appropriate forum to contact those who do the rtmpdump  compile
for Windows?
