[rtmpdump] Launchpad PPA

Sorry- missed the list with my first mail.

I would suggest creating your own ppa and doing your own builds at the
time of release. This way you don't have to worry about nagging
others, or the quality of the releases themselves.

I'm happy to help if you'd like to go down that road.
