[rtmpdump] [PATCH] Minor fixes

This patch makes three small changes:

1) Try to continue if FLV packets are received before play() instead of 
quiting the program. A rtmpdump-yle user reported that he had once seen 
"FLV packet before play" error. I think this may be be related to the 
autoresume feature. Ignoring spurious FLV packets should be safe.

2) Wrong pointer in debug message.

3) Print a reason if connection is closed unexpectedly.
