[MPlayer-users] Very Rare - mplayer exits immediately with End of file when playing something.

This is a strange and rare issue I have seen maybe 5 times over the last
6 months.
It doesn't seem related to any particular file type - I have seen it on
mpeg2 avc and just plain wav files, but I go to play the file (I may
have already just played it) and mplayer instantly quits just like it
had got to the end. Trying again has always played OK.
Bit of a useless report really, but I wondered if any one else ever saw
this. I have tried reproducing eg. by deliberately filling memory by
compiling lots of things, but always failed to reproduce other than by
waiting a month for it to happen again. I generally use mplayer at least
several times a day - many more if testing something.
I don't have a -v output, but here's what it looked like on a transport
stream I was testing with today. I had already just played it but
changed the command like slightly (added -demuxer lavf) - it played OK
straight after. First is a latm output I saved a while ago.
I don't think -demuxer lavf is relavent TBH as I've seen it on wav sound
files before and I would never bother to use it on those.
I don't know if it's relevant but I run with a bash alias so mpn is -
alias mpn='/home/andy/Src/Mplayer-svn/mplayer/mplayer -ao alsa,jack
-mixer-channel Master'
So fail latm followed by working then today's "strange" transport stream
tests working (without lavf) - then fail (with) - then working again.
I say strange because I guess not many will ever use a command line like
that with the strange vdpau driver (mesa have just got a new
deinterlacer and it's just that I have to patch to get it to work with
my GPU and I call my version deint)
Of course I have run mplayer with similar commands about 50 times over
the last couple of days - without issue.
