Wow you don't even have any of the ones I suggested available. Well
you could try the various ones listed in there (although none seem
like usable ones). Another possibility is to do some digging and find
out how to get the others to work. Unfortunately I am not very
knowledgeable in that area. I would assume you are missing some devel
packages for your OS.
