Are you sure that this applies to linking dynamically and statically? I am sure this applies to
static linking. IANAL but AFAIK it does not apply to dynamic linking. What about the Linux
games? Afaik they link against Xfree86, glibc, OpenGL etc... Or is none of them published under
a GPL style license?
