Unfortunately for this case, we are not using Subversion over https..
Maybe you can get an exception from your admin.  Explain that you are
doing something useful and valuable, maybe that helps.

Otherwise, could some of the other translators volunteer to become the
contact point fot Jiri?  I'm currently too busy to take care of this on
a permanent basis...
