[MPlayer-translations] translation cvs log messages

Hi!

I'd like you all to make it a habit of mentioning the revision in the
translation sync cvs commit messages.  So instead of writing just
"sync", please write "synced with 1.XXX", this makes it really easy to
see which files are up to date when looking at viewcvs:

Hint: You can retroactively change commit messages with 'cvs admin -m'
(use it with care, though) ;-)
