Maybe the mirrors could use
wget --mirror -X...
or obtain the webpage over git and build it from that, i dont know
If these would have problems.
At least in terms of bandwidth it should be a non issue for us.

The thing with rsyncd is, arpi is apparently too busy currently to
work on it.
