[Mplayer-dvb] [PROPOSAL] for DVB input: small change in the syntax of channels.conf

Hi,
I'm planning to change the meaning of the parameter Diseqc in 
channels.conf (SAT users only, 4th column)
so as to make it 100% compatible with the output of the "scan" program
(so diseqc=0 indicates first LNB, diseqc=1 is the 2nd LNB, etc.).

This requires updating your channels.conf with a new scan or by hand.

Opinions?
If no one object I'll commit the change this week-end.
