[Mplayer-dvb] Instable playback

There's no real pattern. Since I get picture distortions sometimes while
watching DVB video and from the error messages I guess it's as simple as
errors in the stream. Last time I watched trhough vdr I had to use
-autosync 30 in order to get smooth playback.
