[Mplayer-dvb] MPEG2 PS --> DivX out of A/V sync

Hi,

I'm using dvbstream to record movies e.g.

dvbstream -f 12324 -p v -s 27500 512 650 -ps > test.mpeg

and then i encode this file to divx

mencoder test.mpeg -ovc frameno -oac mp3lame -lameopts vbr=3 -o frameno.avi

mencoder test.mpeg -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vpass=1:vbitrate=547\ 
-vop scale=640:480 -sws 2 
mencoder test.mpeg -oac copy -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:vpass=2:vbitrate=547\
-vop scale=640:480 -sws 2

In the resulting avi-file A/V ist not in sync (audio is about 0.5 sec
behind) . Playing test.mpeg works perfectly. Any suggestions or hints?
