The problem is the speed (fps) ?

U have answer : 

-speed 25:24

but

Error: 'speed' is not a mplayer/mencoder option
command line: -speed

as i have say, i had tried with -fps 24 and -fps 25 and i have the same
problem

Maybe u want to say that i cannot read the video because of his FPS ?
