[Mplayer-dvb] DVB vertical resolutions

Right, that is how I interpreted the docs about DVB standard
resolutions: if I have an AVI file with a resolution of 720x288 and I
play it through the DVB card, I expect the picture to fill the whole
TV screen, as if it had the "normal" 720x576. But it is not so:
mplayer *always* adds black bands on top and bottom and I see a wide,
flat picture, 288 pixels high. That's why I asked you to clarify. It
doesn't seem to work, or else I'm doing something wrong and I don't
know what.
