[Mplayer-dvb] MPlayer with compiling problem

Hi Folks,
thank you for your response, but I am sorry to say that it does not work for
me after some additional hours of trying to compile mencoder...but I am a
patient guy ;-)


After hints that the ffmpeg maybe is not the proper version I checked out
this again from the sourceforge cvs. I also took the latest lame-CVS and
installed them properly (so far as I can say). After that I did:

make distclean
./configure --with-extraincdir=/mydvbpath
make


The compiler does most of its work, but at least not all! Mplayer was build
correctly and is working (I tested it with a divx-avi on the DVB-TVout). But
the building of mencoder gaves the following output on the screen:

Any ideas? My harddisk is running to the upper limit, and I would like to
use this nice tool for compressing...

Had the same problem...
Download the latest CVS ffmpeg with:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.ffmpeg.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ffmpeg co
ffmpeg

With that it worked for me!
