[MPlayer-DOCS] Big New Year patch

Hi all & happy new year!

Attached patch is trivial, it modifies the copyright dates. Two little 
exceptions:
I modified the date in the title section in the English man page, and 
although
the Italian man page looks very outdated (it is the only one which says
2000-2004) I modified it too.
