here is a quick review. i did not check the syntax/code, just the text.

You might need to specify the Teletext language code for your country.
To list all availible country codes use
<screen>-tv
vbi_device=/dev/vbi0:tlang=<replaceable>-1</replaceable></screen>

then you can add an example of a working country code for the config.
